Go elsewhere.... Shocking! Absolutely shocking is all I can say about Elliotts. Rude staff, virtually no communication, over priced. The only upside was they had a company approach them regarding our house therefore they had a tenant we needed a short term agreement - pure luck on their part. ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest, transparent, communicate, reply to emails, telephone calls and messages. Train their staff in customer service. Go on a people management course. Realise they exist because there are customers the customer doesn\'t exist because they are there.
