These are the worst letting agents I have had. And worst about It was that they never did repairs. Gutters never emptied therefore I got damp in bedroom which resulted in ruining all my suits. What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing as they were snooty with me from the start.all they care about is saving money instead of decorating and repaira. but they managed to turn up every month to inspect( I was there over 4years).
Comments on Agent Fees
The rent I paid had no reflect on the management of thr property Or repairs so feel that it was money wasted I never felt satisfied. Always keep proof i.e emails.
