Couldn't fault them again, valuation was accurate to what we sold for and everything was about as prompt as house sales can go.
Would use them again if we weren't moving to a completely different area

Excellent service throughout. Unlike a previous (not to be named) agent we used, Clee were in communication constantly where required, were always courteous, helpful and friendly (which seems to be a rarity these days!). They defintely delivered on the sevice front.
Add to that, they sold our property quite swiftly, after we'd been trying to sell for 6 months previously with a different agent (who were the polar opposite of Clee).
Would highly recommend and would defintely use them again if I needed to sell.

The girls were happy to let themselves into the house to show viewers around when we couldn’t be there and they updated us with information every step of the way. They answered any of our questions and found out all relevant information from prospective buyers. Bethan ensured that she forums comparable properties to ensure the valuer didn’t devalue our property as it was a unique building. I highly recommend using Clee. I wish the property we purchased was from Clee as the agents who sold the property to us were no where near as good!
