General poor service from start to finish. Did not return calls when connected them but then hounded me when they had a question of me. Very slow service. What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing. There was no attempt to improve service when I voiced my unhappiness so therefore conclude they simply did not care. Therefore nothing would win back my custom now.

Just the worst. Avoid at all costs. The process of trying to get a contract sorted was time consuming due to the unhelpfullness of the staff.
