I was rarely able to contact the agency through phone after I became a tenant at one of their properties. The never got back to any of my e-mails or called me back. What agent could do to change your mind?
Pretty standard to the agents I had out to give valuation. Although they included the cost of them completing the viewings within the fee which made my life easier.

Couldn't habe been worse. Just when I thought they couldn't get anything else wrong, they messed up again.
