I have never been so disappointed or upset with a customer service experience (and this is as someone whose career is in customer service). We have now been living in the flat provided by Connells for almost 3 weeks. We have not received the code for the bin store. We have not been given the fob... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
We were charged a £120 fee ostensibly for making sure the flat was clean and maintained, but since it was not, I'm entirely unsure as to why.
