Absolutely terrible experience, by far the worst customer service I have ever come across in any sector. It is a wonder this business is still able to function as a lettings agency. What a waste of time! The branch manger (*) valued our house and did his sales pitch etc. and then we began negotiating rates. Abysmal customer service. We were unwise enough to also use the solicitor linked to their company. Worst mistake we could of made. Neither the estate agents connells or the solicitors involved bothered returning calls to either ourselves or the person buying the property who is also unfortunate... Read Full Review
