Connect managed a flat we rented last year in Battlefield Gardens, Glasgow. After being in the property for 4 months a Sheriffs Officer appeared at the door with an eviction notice as the owner had not being paying the mortgage. Provided a very weak service, never discourteous, just lazy, lack of flat inspection reports, lack of progress reports. We should have never dealt with connect from the start after not appearing at a viewing and not answering their phones to apologise.
