I would definitely not recommend anyone to rent a property from City Home. - When you view the house they promise the house will have maintenance work done which actually might take up to 9 months to happen, like double glazing. - Their 48 hours to fix emergencies is a lie. What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer e-mails, call back and fix broken and faulty equipment in the time promised in the contract. Quality repairs instead of botched jobs.
