What agent could do to change your mind?
Very poor communication and not wiling to go the extra mile. Poor feedback, clients that cancel and no shows and clients not in a position to proceed didn\'t help.

We decided to go local and use Willey and Son (they are now known as Wilsons) to sell our property. What agent could do to change your mind?
Improved customer service, regular weekly contact and needless to say aggressive marketing that generates viewings!
