Charles Carr are quite happy to rent you a property without a functioning oven or fire alarm but will dodge any calls to remedy any and all issues no matter how dangerous they may be. Poor service, bad communication.Often do not reply to reasonable queries, have had to chase them up several times. They should be providing a service to the Tenant as well as the Landlord and not treat the tenant as if they are a nuisance. Took them a year to give us a Tenancy agreement, then... Read Full Review

10 months completely wasted!!! I have never encountered such a bad customer service in my life! I would not recommend this Agency to non-UK citizens. They're just not ready to help people in hurry and from outside of UK. Also, keep in mind that once you sign up with them and make any holding deposit, this is not refundable, no matter if is their fault in completing the process. That's how... Read Full Review
