Chancellors played the key role in a transaction that ended up with me being gazumped 19 days after my offer on a place in Brecon was accepted. For 16 days of that period, despite giving every assurance that all was fine, the agent refused/failed to mark the property as Sold Subject to Contract.... Read Full Review
