Absolutely terrible. They never updated you, we had to wait weeks if not months for basic things to be sorted out. They then had the nerve to act annoyed, as though you were being demanded. Bad - what are we paying for? Flat was in a filthy state when we moved in, we spent more money on the clean than they did and we still got charged for a clean after we moved out.
