I called the office yesterday as a property investor with the intention to view three properties. Whilst in discussion with A gentleman was the owner of CBSlade did nothing but be rude patronising and arrogant to me from the offset, then actually asked me if I had a problem with him! I had the phone on speaker and my husband was also appalled at the way the gentleman spoke to me and conducted his business. I wrote to the office after with my feedback to receive a non apologetic babbled email saying how they have to ask all the questions due to Covid, totally missing the fact about how rude arrogant and unprofessional he was! Please be aware buyers and sellers before you considered using this agency.

I made a successful offer to buy a property back at the start of November. I made a successful offer to buy a property back at the start of November. The agent Christian’s error with the memorandum of sale delayed the initial paperwork which was further held up by Christmas. After 2 months of waiting for paperwork I have just discovered I was totally misled about the years remaining on the lease. When I made the offer I was given a figure of over 100 but the paperwork revealed it was just 86 years. I immediately withdrew my offer and feel very upset that time and money was wasted on both sides.
