Sold our house and purchased our new house with Cairds - which made it easy having only to deal with one person. Aside from having one issue with a difficult buyer, the process was reasonably smooth. We have recently completed the sale of my mother's house in Ashtead. It was a difficult sale as my mother became seriously ill and we had to withdraw the property until she recovered. The staff are Cairds were excellent both during her illness but also when the sale resumed by escorting all viewers, keeping us posted and advising us when appropriate. While moving can be very stressful, trying to move someone else can be even more complicated but Gavin, Stephen and all the team at Ashtead helped us at every stage. We used Caird's because we bought our house through them sometime ago and I was impressed with them then. I am pleased to say that this holds true of our current experience as well. They are also really nice people to deal with.

Gavin and Ellen valued our property and their enthusiasm convinced us to use Cairds.
