In over 30 years of business life, Bridgfords are without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. In over 30 years of business life, Bridgfords are without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest, incompetent and unprofessional and the staff training is clearly non existent.
I was consistently lied to by Greg May who was the branch manager in April 2012 and his assistant Gill Davies. There were unfulfilled promises, unreturned phone calls and emails, and buck passing. My 6 month rental ended with having to threaten the managing director with police involvement in order to ensure my deposit was returned.
If there is any possibility of successful litigation against this company, I would jump at the opportunity.
