Appalling customer service. They ignore your problems. I have been constantly telephoning the office to sort out issues with a house and they either tell lies or on the last occasion put the phone down. I am a landlord. Awful service. Avoid using them to let. Poor communication with both myself and my tenant as well as inter agency communications. What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to myself or tenant. Dealt with arising issues. Apologised. Reimbursed the fee they took.
