Really disappointed to say the least. Had my heart set on a property! I explained this to ‘Katie’ and after reading a review from a few years ago, there doesn’t seem to be many complimentary reviews about Katie.
I viewed a property on Saturday and was advised to complete a form and return this on Monday. Called Monday morning to be told that I didn’t need to complete the form and that they would be in touch later with the landlady’s decision. Followed this up later in the day and got a call back from Katie to say that the landlady had decided to go with someone who was a ‘friend of a friend’. In my opinion, this is completely unprofessional and not just unfair on myself, but all the other applicants as well! By the sounds of it, they’d already made their decision before allowing everyone who was interested to submit an application.
I have now completely given up searching from properties. Will be avoiding this estate agents in the future.

Steph was very understanding to my situation throughout the purchase of the property I was buying. Not the best experience over a two year period. During our stay in their letting they were the most inconsiderate bunch. If there was a problem it was your fault. The landlord was always right. An absolute disgrace this estate agents.I paid 275 fee for them to give me a date to move in 8 weeks away.after 8 weeks the day before I was due yo move in , they said theyl require 4500 as I needed to pay upfront for the tennancy.which I didn't have so couldn't move in even tho my full house was... An absolute disgrace this estate agents.I paid 275 fee for them to give me a date to move in 8 weeks away.after 8 weeks the day before I was due yo move in , they said theyl require 4500 as I needed to pay upfront for the tennancy.which I didn't have so couldn't move in even tho my full house was in boxes and told they my dad has just suddenly passed away too.now 3 month that from when I paid the 275 they said I'm not getting my money bavk.even they they wouldn't havedone zero credit checks as they wanted payment upfront.absolute disgrace

I contacted this agent through Rightmove to view the property. I spoke with staff member Katie and arranged to view the property and was advised by Katie that if there was any problem with the viewing time or date then she would contact me and she asked me to contact the office if there was any problem for me making the appointment which I assured her I would. The next day I missed a call from the agent and returned the call within 10 minutes. I spoke with another staff member who advised that Katie was not available at that time but she would pass the message that I called. I gave my work number as extra contact but there was no return call. On the day of the viewing I showed up at the property in plenty of time (15 minutes early). I waited until another 15 minutes after the appointment time and then contacted the office to find out when they were attending. I spoke once again with Katie who informed me there was nothing booked in the diary for the property. When I told her she was the one that I spoke with to book the appointment she said 'oh I don't know what has happened there, sorry' then hung up. Hardly a professional way to do business. Needless to say this is one agent I will now be avoiding.
