Avoid this company at all costs!. Everything started going wrong from day 1, it took them 3 weeks to actually list my property with excuse after excuse being given, then alleged viewings but never any feedback received until I kept repeatedly contacting them. They never return calls when asked. I listed at what they valued the property but they just kept wanting me to lower the price...even after I had reduced it by £10,000 after 6 weeks!. I have now gone to another agent and gave Bridgefords 30 day's notice, but still had to remove their for sale board as they wouldn't. Worst of all I've now had to threaten court action as they still have it listed online and are telling potential buyers when they call I've changed my mind and not selling the property. EXPENSIVE & DISHONEST estate agents.
