Our dealings with Bracketts have been nothing but positive. Our dealings with Bracketts have been nothing but positive. This time last year when we began renting one of their properties, they were helpful, responsive and patient throughout the whole process, especially Caroline, Damon and Chloe. Over the course of the year, they have continued in this vein. We've recently signed on for another year and pleased to have found a reliable estate agent in Bracketts.

Right from our first contact, we were very impressed by the staff at Bracketts. Brilliant. Efficient and helpful. Friendly and by far the best letting agency I've ever dealt with - well done!! Brilliant. Efficient and helpful. Friendly and by far the best letting agency I've ever dealt with - well done!! Slight delay in deposit being returned but they were very apologetic when they realised glitch and it was returned without fuss. They were also good at negotiating terms with my landlord e.g to adapt rent for work I carried out.
