Having tried to organise viewings through to terrible customer service i am at a loss as to how this agency exist. No care or consideration for people travelling hours to view properties and having then been told to expect paperwork sent through, not only did i have to chase but then the property... I've had the misfortune of purchasing several properties through Bowen Son & Watson. This agency is quite possibly the most archaic, dated and negligent estate agency I have ever encountered as an investor and purchaser of my own home.
