Absolutely the horrendous experience with Belvoir Harlow as a tenant. We were supposed to move in today and waited patiently for the date that Belvoir, Harlow gave us. Avoid at all costs. This branch agree for your tenants to break the contract without your consent/agreement. Then refer to some tenuous clause in the contract to cover up for their massive mistake. I have read through many reviews on this site with regards to Belvoir, 99% not good, but thought seeing as they are a franchise and Harlow was not mentioned I would throw caution to the wind.
