Had a leak coming into the flat that took them over a year to fix. The guy that fixed it left a hole in my ceiling, I’ve had multiple flat inspections and reported it several times over the last year. My whole in the ceiling is still there and the leak has started... Read Full Review

Big mistake. Look elsewhere for property sales in Edinburgh (Stockbridge). We wasted 6 months of our time, on top of the wasted funds spent on two Home Reports and an architectural survey.
