Absolutely fantastic service from this small company! We were involved in the chain from hell & Lynne was the angel to pull us out. Extremely disappointed with the level of service we received,when our tenants stopped paying their rent. We flagged up the fact that the rent hadn't been paid. The agent then contacted the tenant. The agents fees are standard. However, after all our hassle he could have offered to refund us a proportion of the final fee.
