I found the service from aspect to be fantastic. They have always responded to any issues reported with speed. when renting I wanted to find something managed by an agent as I wanted the security of knowing a third party was looking after the property. Where to begin? Things started well with Aspect until they started ignoring maintenance issues (about 6 months into our tenancy) within the property, not fixing window frames which were broken from before our tenancy began, not alerting us to the fundamental mold and damp problems the building... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?

see the review, absolutely would not recommend them , no maintenance done to the property, most of our messages were ignored. Things they could do better, actually maintaining the property they are paid to, returning calls, responding to emails, returning deposits, using deposit schemes, and by could do better I mean actually start doing to begin with.
