These were the first agents I used and they were the most inefficient, unpunctual, unprofessional company that I have ever come across. Nothing would change my mind. I gave them plenty of chances to improve but they didn\'t.

The worst estate agency. We have moved in to the property that had few failures that were apparently out of property managers knowledge. Eg, broken fridge/frizer door, mouldy washing mashine, most of the light bulbs not working, mould in silikone around the bath tab, broken bed frame. We are ... Read Full Review

I found the service from aspect to be fantastic. They have always responded to any issues reported with speed. when renting I wanted to find something managed by an agent as I wanted the security of knowing a third party was looking after the property. We were tenets at a property which, the landlords decided to sell. They are using Aspect Estate Agents Southampton. Where to begin? Things started well with Aspect until they started ignoring maintenance issues (about 6 months into our tenancy) within the property, not fixing window frames which were broken from before our tenancy began, not alerting us to the fundamental mold and damp problems the building ... What agent could do to change your mind?
see the review, absolutely would not recommend them , no maintenance done to the property, most of our messages were ignored. Things they could do better, actually maintaining the property they are paid to, returning calls, responding to emails, returning deposits, using deposit schemes, and by could do better I mean actually start doing to begin with.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
