Dishonest about actual tenancy length. Although they are responsible for placing tenants in properties they ignore obligations to the tenant and work purely on behalf of the landlord. Dishonest about actual tenancy length.
Although they are responsible for placing tenants in properties they ignore obligations to the tenant and work purely on behalf of the landlord. Even when the landlord is being unreasonable as pointed out by an objective third party as selected by them.
Will never use them again whether it be renting, buying or selling.

Professional pictures made the best of the property and reflected his commitment to get us a good rental return. During the viewing process John was backed up by an excellent team who kept us well informed of the appointments and provided good feedback.

During the viewing process John was backed up by an excellent team who kept us well informed of the appointments and provided good feedback.
He could have been more robust on the negotiations and we felt that he was more of a conduit for the process rather than our representative. Having said that we achieved the outcome we were after both in terms of price and tenant profile.
As first time landlords the Apparent team have guided us through the whole process and have been very open about the best way to do things to keep the costs low and meet all the various obligations. The property management team have been really excellent so far - very well organised, responsive and clear with their communication.

I have been a tenant in London for 12 years now, and had plenty of unpleasant dealings with agents. Both the agency and John treated us so well, and really helped us throughout the whole process and end result in securing our wonderful new home. They have a professional but friendly service, a thorough procedure and a really good tenancy agreement- I know from previous bad experiences how important a detailed tenancy agreement is. I could not recommend Apparent Properties enough. John was super helpful and went above and beyond for our family. Truly the best service we have ever received from an agency in London.

Both Isabel and Emelie have been a pleasure to deal with during our year and a half tenancy. Estate agency often has a bad reputation but with Emelie, Isabel and John at Apparent that is entirely unfounded. They possess the values that tenants and landlords seek so often but don't always find: helpful; honest; reliable and reasonable human beings. I would have absolutely no qualms recommending them to anyone and would be my first port of call if renting in the area. Whenever we needed anything replacing it was organised quickly and efficiently, the communication is accurate and timely and they have been an excellent interlocutor between our landlords who are based overseas and us as tenants.
