Very unprofessional and unbelievably fake estate agents. We offered 530000 which was the highest offer and 20000 above the previous offers for 25 Chace Avenue, Potters Bar, We provided 50% cash proof of funds and 50 % proof of mortgage acceptance . Did we buy & sell through Andrew Ward? Yes At any point, was it a pleasant or professional experience? No We had cause to complain before, during & after the transaction.
