Very unprofessional and unbelievably fake estate agents. We offered 530000 which was the highest offer and 20000 above the previous offers for 25 Chace Avenue, Potters Bar, We provided 50% cash proof of funds and 50 % proof of mortgage acceptance . Did we buy & sell through Andrew Ward? Yes At any point, was it a pleasant or professional experience? No We had cause to complain before, during & after the transaction. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
