Terrible! Do not use. I have been with them for a year now and I have never seen such bad organisation and poor service. There houses are falling apart. We had to live with a faulty fire alarm for the duration! Fire service labeled our house as a death trap on inspection and still they have done... Read Full Review

Aidan Reeds sales agents were great, they valued my cottage at more than 2 others and at first i thought it was too good to be true but they got me 4 viewings in a day! i sold it a couple of days later!! there costs were quite a bit but i dint mind cos they got me a better price anyways!!... Absolutely awful customer service. Their employees are the most unreliable and unprofessional I have ever come across in the letting industry. They do not return urgent phone calls and take weeks to reply to emails. When you do get chance to talk to them, they do not have the necessary information... Read Full Review
