Avoid at all costs. Had the worst experience with SDL. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Arrived 3-4 hours late to appointment and when contacted to chase had no idea where their surveyor was. Gave a ‘nil valuation’ for absolutely comical reasons, then on the level 2 ... Read Full Review

These people no knowing about valuation. if you get lower valuation from SDL, go to RICS and get help and make a complain. They cant even do simple search to find local market sold prices. All I can say about this company is rude. They initially rang to book an appointment for a surveyor to come look at the property for the following day.
