[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] This must be by far the worst estate agent in South Kensington! Do not waste your time instructing them. They constantly look as if they are closed (saving electricity), the office is messy, staff (all 3 of them) have no character what so ever but more importantly they have no clue about marketing or selling properties. If you want to see a awful window display go and see White Estates. If you want to see what web sites once looked like - visit their web site. If you want to experience very bad estate agents - go and visit White Estates. If you want to sell your property - pass on these guys and sell through any other estate agency. My grudge with White Estates is that they lied to me as their client. They wasted my time, lied, cost me money and didn't sell my property. Nothing professional about them and I've reported them to the ombudsman! White estates is a disgrace to an industry which hasn't got a good reputation in the first place. 25 Jul 2014We were not aware at the time of the posting of these reviews. We are flabbergasted and bewildered at the malicious content and erroneous accusations levied at White Estates. Hopefully discerning prospective customers will be able to make up their own minds and see that this is not at all genuine. The review is non-specific with sweeping defamatory remarks. Unfortunately the writer is hiding behind the cloak of anonymity which hinders the ability to address the complaint fairly and candidly. However, to address the points mentioned; nothing could be further from the truth in regard to the appearance of our office and general image. We have a very high profile office impeccably presented, along with the staff and their professionalism. If there has been a complaint to the ombudsman then we have not received any correspondence is this regard - as this would not have been overlooked by the Ombudsman. We are members of the Ombudsman scheme and adhere to strict codes of conduct and practice, which is attested by our long standing presence (since 1988) in a fiercely competitive area of practice. We have an official complaints procedure. However, with no reciprocity of candidness the one sided approach certainly does not advocate transparency. We have a high reputation in the industry, with highly experienced and qualified staff; qualifications including university degrees. We also have a large number of long standing and loyal clients who have given us glowing testimonials. www.white-estates.co.uk

I've been renting a property through White Estates and recently moved out. We had lots of little repairs and maintenance whilst in our flat. They always acted so quickly in dealing with repairs. To put it simply - they were managing agents only when it came to taking the fee. From the outset I was not confident with these agents. Found them to be very helpful and offering a much more personal level of service. Having previously instructed Foxtons, decided to go for an independent and very pleased I did.
