Incredibly incompetent and arrogant at the same time -- managed to wrongfully cancel my scheduled appointment within five minutes, and accuse me and rudely hang up on me within next. This cost them a very interested prospective buyer with cash in hand. Newbury EAs are indeed a joke in general, but this one takes some beating -- Preece & Co is tragicomic at best, in my experience.
