The entire process was explained and made very simple by the very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they responded to all our requests immediately. Our property was marketed excellently with a great response to our open house. The brochure was lovely with great photos taken by a professional photographer. We really can't praise the Maidstone team enough and would like to extend special thanks to Josh with whom we had most contact.

Beware! Use at your own peril! Make sure you physically view, anything amiss is fixed before you move in. Never, ever take their word for it. See that it is done before you move in. Awful customer service from Senior Management. Staff are all still furloughed despite Estate Agents being allowed to operate for a month now. Absolutely disgusting service, from putting an offer on a house that was not put forward within the 1st 24 hours as it should be, to having to wait 7 days to be told offer not excepted and no negotiation, being a property developer it's informative to know what estate agents you can rely... Excellent service received when the original property I was due to rent fell through as the landlord changed his mind at the last minute! Another property was found same day, all referencing transferred over and moved into my lovely new home with only one day's delay from the original move... Read Full Review
