I was interested in purchasing a flat as a buy to let investment. I saw the details online & was signposted to GBT Yeovil. I rang to ask for details & was told they'd be emailed to me. They failed to do so. I was in Yeovil the following day & so called in. I found the service so average. I saw two people,one who gave me her card so I know what her role is. She made no attempt to engage with me & discover anything about me, or my possible interest in the property ( Park 5 ,Yeovil ). She gave me a brochure & relied on me to ask the Q's. She was useless basically. No attempt to discover our needs.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
