Extremely unprofessional behaviour from a man called Robert . I saw a property and gave them some deposite and everything was goes well , they told me come on Friday to get key and I already gave my notice to my landlord however a day before Friday they told me landlady is not happy the guy who deal with this property was shut at me and cut the phone such silly behaviour , in addition they held my deposit for three weeks. And I have no where to go with little baby . Avoide this agency cos they do not have any responsibilityand costumer care.rude staff and lack of respect . mane

I really connected with the owner Martin and gave them the business believing that a family run business will take good care of the clients. However, extremely disappointed with the lettings services. Introduce and run mentality meant that as a landlord I was left with poor tenants and no support.... Read Full Review
