AJ Knight Residential Lettings

A property came up on rightmove to rent in the early hours of a Saturday morning, it was with Ajknight letting agents. I called them as soon as they opened to give them my details and I told them how keen we was. Andrew ( the agent who dealt with us) told me he would forward our details to the landlord and call us Monday. I was so desperate to know wether or not i was able to view the property I called them first thing Monday morning. Andrew answered and was abrupt, I simply asked if he has any news and he replied it's 9:13am and I've just walked in the office I will call you later when I've spoken with the owners of the property! By later afternoon still no phone call (all I wanted was a viewing) in the end I called my partner and got him to call and he was told by Andrew that the owners of the property are worried the 2 bed bungalow would be too small for a family of four ( surely it doesn't matter as long as the property is looked after?? If I was a council tenant I would only get a 2 bed!) so anyway at the end of Monday Andrew called me to tell me the owners are going to sleep on it as to wether or not we are acceptable??!! He said he would call us back Tuesday. We both work, we don't smoke, we have good references and credit score! Late Monday night I check the Ajknight website and the property was no longer listed & then it came off right move!! And today Tuesday 1st July 2014 I've had no phone call!!! AJKnight call themselves professional and friendly......I got unprofessional, rudeness & lies!! We are a family looking to move from Worthing to hayling island which is quite scary in itself, I don't need estate agents being rude and lying to me, it's stressful enough! Ajknight letting agents are completely rubbish & I'm upset with how I was treated!
