These guys are to be avoided. Terrible service, bad at fixing problems and they try and stitch you up at the end of the contract. Please avoid, you have been warned.

When you live next door to a property under Doorstep Management and you get rude attitude from their receptionist!. I share a downpipe on my property with one that is under Doorstep Management. Have used doorsteps as an agent for over 10 years now. No problems with tenants they have vetted, Any problem with property raised by tenant quickly discussed and dealt with. As long as owner of property works with the agent to come to a decision on the remedy then no problem, cannot see why anyone ... Read Full Review

Incompetent, half asleep staff. I wasted £70 travelling down from Bristol to meet up for a viewing. Told them to phone and confirm meeting me nearer the appointment time, as I there is no signal on the train. Could they be bothered? No. Should you bother? Would never recommend to use them when it comes to the end of tenancy they are not helpful at all and if there is a dispute over any of the deposit with the landlord they do not provide any information requested and plainly side with the landlord just to keep there business will be speaking to ... This agent is awful, I have had nothing but stress and heartache from them. Never has renting been so painful. I have now moved out thank goodness.
