Donald is an independent agent. As a result, I received excellent service. He was always ready to answer my many questions and gave my clear, concise answers. He explained all the documents I would need to provide to for my buyer. He negotiated on my behalf and got me an excellent price for my property. As a result of his professionalism, experience, understanding of my anxiety and patience the sale was not as painful as I thought it would be. I would like to thank him for all his help and the individual service I received, which I know I wouldn't have got from a bigger Estate Agents.
