I wouldn't normally feel compelled to write a review but I am so angry with this estate agents that I want to share my thoughts! I have recently put in an offer on a property with this estate agents and from start to finish and I use the term finish loosely as they still haven't called me to advise that I have been unsuccessful even though they have updated every website this property is on with SSTC, has been terrible. The attitude of certain staff members is atrocious and they make you feel like you are a nuisance, even though you are calling for an update you was guaranteed earlier in the day. I called on Monday evening at about 5.30 after I was advised that I would be told on Monday whether I had been successful and was told that I would receive a call on Tuesday as the vendor needed the night to sleep on it. That is completely understandable. So, I waited for a call on Tuesday - nothing. I called again at about 5pm and was advised that the lady dealing with this query had left the office for the evening and wasn't back in until Thursday. Apparently no one else knew anything about it (very hard to believe) but someone would look into it and call me back. The websites were all updated on Tuesday evening, it's now Wednesday and I am still waiting. Avoid at all costs, buying a house is stressful enough without having to deal with people like this.
