This organisation were managing my property. They did no inspections for more than 6 months and only carried one out when I threatened to leave. They allowed the tenant to install a shower without checking for professional standards. The result is water damage which will cost thousands to repair. They do not manage anything. They regularly deduct monies they are not due from my rent. Their repairs are dreadful quality. I have now given them notice.
They could have done their job. They could gave carried out regular inspections and provided quality repairs. They could have responded to my complaints.

I hope you no longer have the conflict of interest letting out your own properties under the guise of an independent letting agent. Nightmare! Avoid this company! Unscrupulous in charging landlord, do not consult the landlord before or after the so called 'work' is done and just deduct any money from first month rent. Responded to phone calls and emails would be a start.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
