The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Enquired multiple times through RightMove regarding a particular property. Not once did I get a response. They then reduced the price of the property I was interested in, despite the fact I was trying to rent it at the original price. Must be nice if your land lord letting through duke letting - given they do not respond to enquiries. A friend of mine - a single dad, went into their shop on Uckfield highstreet and was told 'we don't cater for people like you' - a single dad. Unbelievable. I never write reviews but as duke letting do not reply to enquiries; I am hoping they see this.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer your enquiries. Stop victimising people. Tell landlords whose prices you reduce; why - you don\'t answer enquiries.

11 Jan 2016Since this "review" was left anonymously I have no idea who this person was but it is very likely that we simply did not have a property that was right for them. As for the comment "we do not cater for people like you". Does that seem likely, or is it more likely that we said "we do not have anything for you at the moment" or "the landlord of this property does not allow pets/benefits claimants/children/ unemployed/low paid workers or any of the above. We are agents and it is not us who decides who the landlord wants to let to. This site gives a poor image of ALL agents as people will only use it to complain and to do so anonymously which gains nothing and gives the readers of the "reviews"; more information of the complainer than the agent. If you want to talk to us then ring us!!!
