Extremely poor customer service on the 4 times we called to speak with someone about properties. Very rude, doesn't sound as though she can be bothered to do her job. If potential customers have questions, surely you try and help them as much as possible rather than be rude to them because a property has been taken.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service course wouldn\'t go a miss!
