Mercer Taylor provided me with great tenants within days of listing my property. The tenants remained at the house for five years in total until I listed the property for sale. Julie was my property manager during this time and I found her to be very helpful and professional. She was always available to answer my questions and negotiate a good income for the property. She did a great job and I would recommend her services.

Often lied about what had or hadn't been done. Used stalling tactics rather than dealing with problems. Didn't do the maintenance that was promised. Threatened to move us out if we complained too much as they could easily replace us if they wanted ... Read Full Review

I really cannot stress enough how frustrated I am with the service Mercer Taylor have provided. As a tenant our property is managed by them, and they have consistently failed to help us with essential building works that need doing on the property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
