If you ever choose to use brite move either as a tennent,someone who is looking to sell there home,or a landlord looking to rent out his/hers property,then I as a tennent would strongly advise you not to do so! Since moving in to their property with my partner and child we as a family have had nothing but false hopes and promises that amount to nothing. We have to live with damp and decaying walls and brick work, floor boards that are not even nailed in properly, nails sticking out of the floor, a kitchen that is falling to pieces ,kitchen flooring that is arniallated from previous tennent's, holes in wall's where skirting boards used to be! Living in the 21st century I thought slum landlords were eradicated a long time ago, obviously not! The people who run brite move try so hard to be professional in the business of property letting but in my opinion come along way of the mark I can only urge you NEVER to use them as you will be as disappointed and disgruntled as myself and my family are with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Get a back bone and be more professional.
