My whole experience - working with the haart Team at Burpham - has been 5 Star and a total pleasure. They are the only Estate Agent who actually - do - what they publish in there marketing documentation and call you back - no matter what the query is. I would have no hesitation using and recommending the haart Team for the future - whether - purchasing or selling.

I used them as they offered me a cheaper fee however a few months into the tenancy, the tenant stopped paying rent and i later found out that they were in receipt of housing benefits.
