Awful customer service, accused us of lying about having a dog and then accused us of having called them before, we had never been in touch with them until our first visit! We told the staff member how we had felt that most of the other letting agents in the town had a very dismissive attitude towards tenants and that we were hoping they would be different. We were assured they were.... guess what they weren't! To add insult to injury, having waxed lyrical about a certain property that may be of interest to us they didn't even have the courtesy to phone us as agreed to confirm a viewing appointment! This agent, along with so many others needs to wake up and realise that people who rent are not 2nd class citizens and that without them, they would not put any deals together at all! Furthermore today's tenant may well be tomorrows landlord! Hardcastles...avoid!!

24 Jul 2017I called this company to make an enquiry about a property to only be spoken to like like a scumbag when I questioned the landlord taking benefits. ! And its only as my wife is disabled. This company is Rude. Selective and disgraceful.
