Larkes Estate Agents has always provided me with a prompt, professional service for all my properties. As a landlord, Larkes have achieved high occupancy rate and this is one of the reasons why I continue to use them for their services. Having dealt with them since March 2012, I would recommend their service to everyone - landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
