Please avoid this agent. Having been a good tenant for 2 years we have recently moved out. We left the flat in a very clean state - they have now withheld £250 of the deposit over cleanliness providing photos of tiny corners of cupboards I can't even see if it is our flat ... On asking to return to flat apparently cleaning has been done already(?!) - they will not provide receipts and they want £120 to "repair" picture hooks holes which were there when we moved in. We are so stunned as bent over backwards to let landlord sell this flat allowing the new buyers have viewing ensuring the flat was in great conditions. This agency neither treat you with respect or loyalty - expect to lose your deposit - they will fleece you and ignore your sensibility on the subject of how wrong the situation is. My complaint is going in to the Property Ombudsman as we speak. Dreadful and most unethical. Please avoid for your own preservation and sanity
