These agents are terrible, I have used a lot of estate agents in the past and this one is beyond a joke. We have given them over £2000 to move in and nothing has been done, every problem with the house, which has been extensive, has been unresolved by Cullen leaving us to deal with it ourselves and pay money to contractors. The most recent is our shower has come out of the wall, leaving water everywhere and coming through the ceiling, Cullen have ignored our emergency calls and we still haven't heard from their plumber. Bare in mind we mentioned we needed a plumber 5 months ago when we moved in. Customer Service is non existent in the Cullen World. They take your money and run.

I moved into my flat in May 2015, since then I have had problems with damp, light fittings and cracks in walls. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
